Dear Friends,

We all want to live life with passion and purpose and to know that we made a difference in this world. Think of the world as you’d like it to be, perhaps in a few generations time. Perhaps you think of it as a place where every older adult can age well and enjoy their Golden Years doing that which keeps their mind and body alert and in optimum health.

When I first joined Washington Metro Oasis in September 2012, I came from a clinical background and knew little about philanthropy. Over time, witnessing the generosity of so many of you, I was inspired to explore ways to give back to an organization that has meant so much to me. I was thrilled to learn that there are ways to make a meaningful gift that cost nothing now but will leave a lasting impact for years to come.
