International Day of Yoga is June 21

This year’s theme, Yoga for Healthy Aging, highlights how yoga can improve balance, flexibility, strength, and mental well-being — at any fitness level. Oasis offers two great ways to practice: Yoga Dance and Chair Yoga. Come give it a try!
