In this exciting new class, you’ll learn and practice exercises designed to improve balance, flexibility, and confidence while reducing your risk of falls.
Carin Butchko (pictured right), a lifelong fitness enthusiast, is our instructor for Move Well, Live Well. For the past ten years, she has worked as a personal trainer specializing in resistance training, balance, and fitness for daily living. Carin is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Functional Aging Institute.
Try out this new class with a FREE demo on Wednesday, October 8 at 11:30 am.
Then become a founding member of the class, which will meet Tuesdays from 10:30–11:30 am, October 14–December 2.
