Reverb & Daryl Davis Bring Down the House!

What an afternoon! On Wednesday, September 9, award-winning a cappella group Reverb joined special guest Daryl Davis for our 4th annual Community Concert, “A Cappella Magic.” The packed auditorium at the Fitzgerald Theatre buzzed with thrilling harmonies, clapping hands, and beloved pop, soul, and Gospel classics.

In this new series, Oasis members share their art and reveal how they created it. Some classes are demonstrations, others hands-on; all will open up new ways of viewing the world.

First up: Photography with Rose McManus Coleman. See image to the right. Yes, it’s a photo! Rose will demonstrate how everyday materials become vibrant backdrops for magical, surprising photos. This is a demonstration class. Rose’s work is currently on display at Oasis. Stop by to see it, then come learn how she made it.
